Refund policy

I offer 100% no hassle replacements of defective or damaged products (without the need to return anything).

If you are not happy with the quality of your product, it was damaged, defective or you have other issues with your order contact me at caleb@calebgannon.com within 10 days of receipt of the product (the sooner the better) and I'll do everything I can to help you find a solution. If possible, attaching photos of the problem can significantly speed up the process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Taking pictures of the problems will make this process easier. 

Returns
Because each product is made to order, created and shipped locally from many locations across the globe I do not currently have the infrastructure to process returns. I do offer refunds and replacements though, which are discussed above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
